Portage Soccer Club Uniform

PSC proudly wears and uses Puma apparel and equipment.

This page shows standard and non-standard uniform combinations, and provides links for the order form you will need to fill out and turn in when you order your uniform at Back of the Net Sports (inside SoccerZone at 7187 Sprinkle Ave) no later than July 7.

The standard required uniform kit includes two jerseys (one green and one yellow), one pair of green shorts, and two pair of socks (one white/green and one green). If the ENTIRE TEAM so chooses, they can also order yellow shorts and/or yellow socks, but the entire team is expected to be dressed with the same uniform for any given game. Players should be in the habit of bringing all uniform parts to every game in case there's a misunderstanding about what they're wearing any given game. When they're the home team, they may be required to change if there's a color conflict with the visitors (and on the road, sometimes PSC teams will change colors to avoid conflict and be good sports). Other optional items may also be ordered, including a backpack, x-bag, and warmups (see link to order form below).

Ordering Procedure (deadline for fall uniforms is July 7, 2009):

1. Fill out the order form with the desired sizes for the required components.

2. Check with your team to see if your team is ordering either of the optional yellow components.

3. Choose any other optional items including extra socks if desired.

4. Make sure form is completely filled out with player name, coach name, team name (e.g., U13 Boys Select), and uniform number (first and second choice). Back of the Net will make sure there are no duplicate numbers on any given team. First come, first choice unless your team manager/coach already turned in a roster with numbers.

5. Take the order form to Back of the Net Sports to place your order. They will have samples to help you choose the right size by 4:00 pm June 25.
