The team manager is responsible for calling the referee assigned to each home game a couple days before each game to confirm date, time and place. You can look up on our web site and tell the referee what field your game is on. It's a good idea to call the visiting team's manager or coach too. Every year there are cases of not everyone being on the same schedule, and you can save the hassle and confusion of being at a field without a referee or opponent by taking the time to make these phone calls.

The referee schedule is available on-line via the Arbiter scheduling system. One or two representatives from each team can be registered to use the system by contacting Wayne Wilkinson (wayne@teamwilkinson.com) and telling him your exact team name (e.g., Portage SC Boys 98 Green or Portage Boys U12 Green). Wayne will then set up an account with your email address as your userID and he'll send you instructions so you can get in, see who your referees are, and look up contact information so you can make the phone calls.
