Fees:  

• U8 Academy Fall/Spring: $45 (uniform not required, includes t-shirt)
• 97 Boys (U15) Premier Spring season: $205.  (uniform extra)
• U9 through U14 Elite and Select teams Fall/Spring season: $195. (uniform extra)
• High School age teams, U15 and above, single season: $155 (uniform extra)

• One time uniform purchase (~$100) from Back of the Net includes complete kit with shorts, two cool Puma jerseys, and two pair of socks.  Uniforms typically have a three year cycle so they can be used in subsequent years.

Bring:

• Parent to fill out on-line registration form prior to participation (click here). Instructions for using the GotSoccer.com registration system are available here. After submitting, PRINT OUT FORM, SIGN, and BRING TO TRYOUTS.
• Either upload or bring a recent "head & shoulder" picture of player.
• For new players to PSC: either upload or bring a copy of the player's birth certificate. (Be sure to redact any social security numbers.)
• Please wear a white t-shirt (no PSC, TKO, ODP, club name soccer jerseys)
• Shin guards, water, and a ball
• free numbered t-shirt will be supplied for the tryout. Players will need to wear same shirt for both tryouts and keep.

Guidelines:

• Players are expected to participate in both nights of their age group tryout
• Players who cannot make the scheduled tryout times should contact Dana Pope well BEFORE the tryout date for further information regarding arranging a supplemental try out.
• Parents will not be allowed at the fields during the tryouts. After registering the player all parents must return to the parking lot or concession stand area until the conclusion of the tryout. Some parental involvement may be required to collect data; however parents may not volunteer for the age group that includes their child.
• Children may try out at an advanced age group only if they meet the criteria as set forth in the Club's policy which can be found on this web site.
• Other important information is also available on the policy page, including notification of results after tryouts. It is very important that you enter the parent/contact phone number and email addresses on the on-line registration form you fill out. If you're going to be out of town after tryouts, leave alternate contact info on a written note attached to the copy of your registration form you bring to tryouts.
• The PSC Code of Conduct will be followed by all players, parents, and coaches!

All players accepting an offer to play on a team are expected to attend our Club Registration meeting held at the Portage Soccer Complex. The girls will be meeting on Tuesday, June 28th at 7:00 and the boys will be meeting on Wednesday, June 29th at 7:00. More details will come with your coach's email after tryouts have been completed.
