The Portage Soccer Classic Tournament is a great opportunity for referees to be assessed for an upgrade. If you're interested in upgrading, fill out the upgrade request form (copies can also be found at www.msysareferee.net) and contact John Nadzam or Gary Neidert and let them know you've requested an upgrade and plan to be working the Portage Classic Tournament. Also, please note on your tournament application you're requesting an assessment for an upgrade.
If you are having trouble with the form fillable applications, simply print the form, fill it out by hand and then mail the completed application to the address below. If you are unable to open either application, please contact the webmaster.
